Discus Mobile provides everything you need to work with DISC through your iPhone or iPod Touch. It’s part of our well established Discus profiling range, and works by connecting you to our online DISC service, so your reports are available from anywhere at any time.
Its built-in testing suite allows you to create profiles, whilst its powerful reporting and analysis features enables you to explore and manage DISC results in detail. In addition Discus Mobile offers a host of extra features including job profiling and team building.
Creating Profiles
Discus Mobile has its own built-in DISC questionnaire, so you can create a profile directly through your phone, setting a password for a candidate anywhere in the world. They can then complete the questionnaire online, with immediate results through Discus Mobile.
Reading Reports
Discus Mobile provides fully detailed DISC interpretations and reports, including up to twenty-one topics of specific and relevant textual analysis. You can also use the Job Match feature to assess candidates for different jobs and roles, and to highlight their ideal career choices.
You can gain access to all your DISC results at any time using Discus Mobile's candidate database, as well as profiles from your other Discus versions.
Total Integration
