PersistenceA team subfactor with high Stability, and low Productivity Relates to teams that are both Stable and Resourceful Persistent teams have the steady approach of other highly Stable groups, and the associated resistance to change. They are specifically characterised, however, by Resourcefulness, which in this case often appears as a preference among the members to follow their own ideas and conclusions. Persistent teams, then, can exhibit a determined style, but will tend to work far more effectively in situations where the members can find their own ways of solving problems and apply them within the team. Teams of this kind can be especially reluctant to accept decisions imposed from outside the group. |
