DISC profile interpretations

There are around one million possible different DISC profiles. We can't hope to offer interpretations for all of these here - you'll need the full Discus package for that - but this section does give descriptions for some of the more common profile shapes. To see an interpretation for a particular profile, choose it from the Contents menu, or use our interactive selector below.

High Factors

DISC profile to interpret

To choose a profile shape, check the boxes corresponding to the high DISC factors in that profile. When those are set, click 'Interpret' to see an description of the corresponding style of behaviour.

The descriptions in this section are general interpretations discussing the overall trends in profiles of their kind. For a specific DISC analysis, create a DISC profile online using our Discus Online service, or through the Axiom site's own quick DISC profiler.
