Discus is an excellent tool for describing a person’s general behaviour and predicting their likely reaction in a range of circumstances. Equally important is the way two people interact.
Discus' 'Relationship Assessment' provides this information. Given two sets of DISC profiles from your database, Discus will search for important factors in their relationship. Discus will highlight important areas of synergy between them, and also suggest likely causes of conflict.
The Discus Relationship Report
A Discus Relationship report brings together all the important features of a working relationship, including the most productive aspects, and areas where they are likely to disagree.
