Before you can create a profile online, you'll need to choose the type of profile you want to see. Your choice is between two types of information: a commercial report, or a personal report. To help you choose, we've listed the main features of each here.
Commercial Profile
A commercial profile for business use, the commercial profile concentrates on work skills and attitudes, and looks at areas like motivation, teamwork and management.
Several optional upgrades are available to Enhanced report content, and Job Matching, and the profile is compatible with the Discus 4 profiler, which can provide even more powerful features such as team-building and relationship analysis.
The report contents include:
'Classic'

Personal Profile
A personal profile is designed to describe you as an individual, on a personal level rather than simply looking at your working style (though your approach to work is considered, too).
No special knowledge is needed: the report discusses your personality in plain language. In your personal profile you'll find out about:
About you
Basic elements of your personality
Your most important traits
How you compare to others
Your core values
Abilities, strengths, limitations
Personal development
Changes shown in your results
Making a change
Relating to other people
Understanding others
How others relate to you
Your work style
Your most important work skills
In leadership
In a team
Planning your career
Which roles suit you best?
