Relationship reports

Discus is capable of analysing and intepreting the relationship dynamics behind any pair of DISC profiles, and producing a report to describe the specifics of a working relationship in detail. You can use this relationship report to help predict how individuals will work together, or to investigate the operation of actual working relations.

The Relationship report consists of the following:

• Relationship Analysis
  An overview and brief description of the relationship, including DISC profile graphs for comparison, and a summary of the key features of the relationship.
• Viewpoint Reports
  The body of the relationship report consists of a detailed textual description of all the relevant personality dimensions within that relationship. This detailed interpretation is broken down into two separate sections, each examining perceptions of the relationship from the point of view of each individual involved.

Relationship reports can optionally be incorporated directly into a full DISC report, either Classic or Enhanced.
