A Personal report is a DISC personality report that's been specifically designed to be read by the candidate themselves. A report like this is intended to provide useful and relevant information about a person's own style in a readable and accessible way.

The personal report consists of the following:

A summary section giving a personality overview in both textual and graphical terms.

An exploration of the most significant values and motivations behind a person's individual behavioural style.
- Abilities, Strengths, Limitations
A look at the practical ways in which a personality is expressed, focusing on the most positive features of that personality, but also examining potential disadvantages.
- Personal Development
A section that identifies potential changes that a person might be looking for, and makes suggestions to help motivate them towards those goals.
- Relating to Other People
A discussion of a person's style of communication, looking at both their own perceptions of others, and how others are likely to perceive them.
- Your Work Style
An overview of the ways that a person's style is likely to effect their working life, including a selection of key work skills, and particular discussion of leadership and teamwork.
- Planning Your Career
For readers who are using the report to help identify potential career choices, this section suggests a number of broad types of role that would be well suited to their individual personality type. Also included is a selection of material that might be useful in a CV or résumé.
