Job Profile reports

The Discus Job Profiler defines the optimum behavioural style for any job or role. Once a Job Profile has been set up, that profile can be used to match any candidate against the ideal for a role, showing particular strengths and possible training needs through a Job Match report.

The Discus Job Profiler is free to use, and allows you to create an unlimited number of your own Job Profiles. It also includes a library of the most common work-related profile shapes to use as templates for your own custom profiles. It also includes extensive reporting features of its own.

Click any of these small sample pages to see a full size version. (These pages are just a sample of those that make up a full Job Profile report).

The Job Profile report consists of the following:

  • Fast facts
A quick summary of all the most important features of the Job Profile.
  • Job Profile Definition
Details about the definition of the Job Profile, including the DISC factors that make it up.
  • Textual Report
A textual interpretation of the role the profile describes. You can use this information to ensure that a profile matches the needs of your role exactly, and this material can also be useful in producing job description.
  • Candidate Match
The Job Profile report will optionally assess any group of candidates and rank them according to the behavioural suitability for the role it describes (so, for example, you can see a list of all candidates for a job in order of their personality match). The Candidate Match can also provide a detailed breakdown for a single candidate, highlighting the key features of their personality with respect to the Job Profile role.
