Job Match reports

A Job Match is a process used by Discus to assess a candidate's suitability for a specific roles, specifically in terms of how well their personality style fits the ideal for that role.

These Job Matches are based on ideal DISC profiles known as Job Profiles. Discus provides a library of basic role types, and also a Job Profiler tool so that you can create and adjust Job Profiles to meet your exact needs.

The Job Match report consists of two sections:

• Job Match Rankings
  The rankings section compares a candidate against a whole range of different jobs, giving each a ranked score for comparison. This means that you can quickly identify the types of roles that will suit an individual best.
• Specific Job Match
  You can also choose to investigate a candidate's suitability for one role in particular, using a Specific Job Match. This feature of the report goes into a great deal of depth, highlighting exactly how the candidate matches the needs of the role, and listing probably strengths and training requirements relative to the job.

Job Match reports can optionally be incorporated directly into a full DISC report, either Classic or Enhanced.
