Enhanced DISC reports
An Enhanced DISC report contains all the standard content of a Classic assessment, but also includes no fewer than eleven extra sections of textual analysis. Where the Classic text gives you a strong work-oriented overview of a personality type, the Enhanced report looks at more specific work-related topics in detail.
Key additional features in an Enhanced report include extended 'Guidelines' sections look at a person's suitability to management, sales, service and technical work. There's also an added emphasis on teamwork, with new sections covering working relationships and teamwork, and for recruitment the report now provides a full set of tailored behavioural questions. See below for a complete list of the extra features in the Enhanced report.
