Classic DISC reports
The Classic DISC report is the standard Discus personality report, one of the most popular DISC assessment summaries available. It includes all the information you need to understand a person's general work style and motivations, as well as a host of additional content addressing more specific questions.
Click any of these small sample pages to see a full size version. (These pages are just a sample of those that make up a full DISC report).
A Classic report includes all of the following:
- Candidate details
Full reference details about the individual the report describes, optionally including your own custom information.
- Fast facts
A rapid summary of the candidate's style shown on a single page of the report.
- DISC profile series
A full set of classic DISC graphs illustrating the candidate's personality style.
- Style card
An additional graphical assessment, with a checklist covering the most important facets of the style.
- Trait summary
An overview of the candidate's most important traits, showing actual and potential features of the personality.
- Profile tension
A section identifying any possible sources of stress or pressure in the work environment.
- Textual report
The body of a Discus DISC report, a detailed textual assessment of the candidate's working style and capabilities. In a Classic report, the textual report includes ten sections of analysis:
- Overview
- Behavioural Adaptation
- Advantages
- Disadvantages
- Communication Style
- Decision Making
- Organisation and Planning
- Motivation
- Managing Style
- Style of Management Required
- Glossary of Terms
A full explanation of any technical terms used within the main body of the report, customised to describe how each term relates to the candidate in question.
A Classic report can also optionally include (at your discretion):
- Relationship analysis
An assessment of the candidate's working relationship with any other individual.
- Job match
An analysis of the candidate's suitability - in terms of personality - for a role that you select.
A Classic report can upgraded at any time to provide a greatly expanded textual interpretation. An upgraded Classic report is known as an Enhanced report, and you can find out more about Enhanced report content here.
