At the heart of the Discus range lies a uniquely powerful reporting capability. Discus profilers can provide some of the most extensive, insightful and comprehensive reporting available from any personality assessment.

Discus can create a detailed personality interpretation from any set of DISC results, using information-rich graphics and diagrams to present the results, as well as a relevant and readable textual analysis. All of those features are available in the Classic Discus report, and for even more extensive commentary we also provide an Enhanced Discus report.

Discus can report on far more than just DISC results; it can also provide extra reports in all sorts of different areas, and most of these additional reports are completely free to use. Discus' extra reports include:
