axiom: career solutions for everyone
axiomsoftware is one of the world's leading providers of psychometric profiling. Since we created out first profiling systems since 1994, career and job matching have always been an integral part of the profiling process. Our profiling solutions are used by companies large and small, and by private individuals, to help locate the ideal job for any personality style.
Each of our profilers incorporates its own library of jobs and career roles. Based on a unique personality profile, it can assess the roles in that library to create a highly individual job assessment, highlighting work that's most strongly suited to a person's natural behaviour.

how job matching works
The DISC profiling system describes personal behaviour in terms of four fundamental values: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. That fact makes it possible to measure an individual personality style against any number of predefined ideals for different roles to find optimum jobs or careers.
It's even possible to examine different elements of the profiles to examine career choices in high definition, looking at a person's particular strengths in any role, as well as the areas where personal development will be needed.

Axiom's tools specifically match personality against the ideals for different roles. That's an important part of the picture, but of course there's more to finding an ideal career than that. A personality profiler goes a long way to finding the best possible career type, but a final decision needs to be based on broader set of criteria.
